6.1 Right of Withdrawal
1.1 Withdrawal Period
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
1.2 Notification of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory.
6.2 Effects of Withdrawal
2.1 Refund of Payments
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract.
2.2 Method of Refund
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
2.3 Return of Goods
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
2.4 Return Costs
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the goods were defective upon receipt. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
6.3 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
3.1 Custom-Made and Personalized Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalized.
3.2 Sealed Goods
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery.
3.3 Perishable Goods
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
